Postnatal Fitness Classes

At our postnatal fitness classes, Baby Boot Camp, we offer 6 week courses. We have selected the best parks in Brisbane and the Gold Coast for our training venues. Our postnatal fitness classes operate for 60 minutes in duration.

When attending our Baby Boot Camp postnatal exercise classes it is best to arrive with your baby in your stroller. It’s not essential that you have a jogging pram, but it certainly helps if you have a pram which can easily turn corners as we do move around throughout the session.
